        Today I am enthusiastic about sharing my research my favorite research which is about the use of technologies in education researchers have proven the tic which is information and communication technologies is to facilitate learning so the role of Citi’s to ease learning so let's imagine tomorrow’s education how do you feel that tomorrow education would look like think about it right now I'm going to share with you a piece of video that might be the future of Education while we are looking at it please make a comparison with today's education in your mind let's watch[Music]Wow isn't it amazing okay where do you think that we stand today how far is it from us now think about idea so digital technology is blending technologies virtual realities printing eLearning all of these are the terms with one single aim and what do you think is the aim well educational technologies believe that the aim of all of them is only one and that is personalized learning by personalized learning the educationist mean that every individual is able to learn in his own rage in his own speed at anywhere at any place at any time with any gadget which is available to him it means that student can learn any topic that he loves at 

any time of  hours at anyplace with any gadget available to him it can be a computer a tablet a smartphone or even if he is connected tow-Fi it can be anywhere in the world snoot necessarily you need to go to school to get your education so collaboration tools and apps are the apps that help us to facilitate our learning there are unlimited ways that we can use thesis’s which are user friendly and they are easily accessible online you can easily download download them they are free or almost free and they facilitate education they improve teaching and learning it improves the sense of creativity it makes you more innovative and that is what education is after really because we believe in Sutton student centeredness so students would be the ones who would decide what to learn what they like to learn then they are ready to learn sofa I talked about the importance of the use of ICT but how do you think it would work how do you think that it helps education okay CT helps with motivating our today’s technology many students and teachers our today's students in the set century would love to work with their gadgets and technology is the language that they love to speak with so should we really use technologies with the cause to forget how the real world looks like we should never forget that technology can only be useful if it transforms our classrooms by transformation we mean the information is easily and very fast transform transfers to the students and communication is also very 

easily accessible for everybody so students can communicate with each other with their teachers and at any time they are that they are online they can share their thoughts their opinions about certain topics which is not really going to happen in our today's traditional classrooms because of the constraint of time obviously and an example can be the heavy balls and notebooks and students every day need to carry with themselves in their backpacks to go to school with ICT with the help of the technology they can just go to school and have their various small USB Drive flash flash drive and then they are good to go they can easily connect to Wi-Fi they can get huge amount of data whatever that they want from the internet rather than asking the teachers because the teachers are not the sole authorities anymore in ICT based classrooms they are not the encyclopedia but they can access to encyclopedia online in a click so computers have to be used in our classrooms that is what we know but we don’t want to use them only for  hours per the whole week but they must be present in our classes forever and but there is a problem with that can you guess what it is they are expensive but don’t worry education is has a solution for that and we are proud to introduce the blended education or environment and that is to bring the innovative technology to our traditional classes and that is not possible but with the presence of a good teacher so the good teacher in ICT reais the one who is well equipped with the good knowledge of Education as well as the knowledge of technology to transform the information to the students so if the students love to speak with technology language and if the students don’t learn the way that we teach them traditionally so we teachers have to try to teach them the way that they love tolerance there are three main elements in education that they have inter relation with each other learner teacher and technology they helps the learning process to go on more smoothly and more efficiently but technology would never ever take the place of good teachers obviously teachers who have not enough well-equipped with good knowledge of technology would be put aside and that teachers who have the knowledge of technology would raise up in the futures now let's compare your answers now that it is almost the end of my speech I’m going to ask you this what is the future of Education I asked the same question at the beginning of my speech I asked you to imagine the future of Education what is your answer now well the future of Education is you as a teacher because machines would not really work without the presence of good teachers so teachers are the ones who are going to make the developments in the education so let's start it now together everybody we don't want this golden opportunity to be tomorrow we want to see it now today is our tomorrow my name is dr.
